**Position:** B.Com Fresher  

**Shift:** Night Shift (Mandatory)  

**Location:** Capgemini

We are currently hiring **B.Com freshers** who are flexible for night shifts and possess a strong foundation in accounting.

**Specification / Skills / Experience:**

- Candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting processes and end-to-end accounting knowledge.

- Proficiency in invoicing and ledger management is essential.

- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.

- Ability to handle and resolve process-related issues independently, directly engaging with clients without external support.

**Primary Skills (Must Have):**

- Qualification: B.Com Fresher (Full-time graduates only)

- Good understanding of accounting workflows
