### **Position:** Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) / Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)  

**Department:** Vehicle Assembly Production  

**Type:** Full-Time

### **Role Overview:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are ready to dive into the world of electric vehicle assembly. As a DET or GET, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of vehicle production, including optimizing processes, ensuring quality control, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

**Production Support:**

- Assist in the daily operations of the vehicle assembly line.

- Support the production team in achieving daily targets and maintaining quality standards.

- Monitor production metrics and provide suggestions for improvements.

**Process Optimization:**

- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Implement lean manufacturing techniques and industry best practices.

**Quality Assurance:**

- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on assembled vehicles.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production and quality issues.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Training and Development:**

- Attend training sessions to develop both technical and soft skills.

- Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive learning and growth.

### **Educational Qualifications:**

- **For DET Positions:** Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.

- **For GET Positions:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.

### **Skills and Competencies:**

- Basic understanding of vehicle assembly processes and automotive manufacturing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
