Trainee Engineer (This is not a software role)

Bangalore  

**Eligibility Criteria:**  

- **Education Qualification:** BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering  

- **Graduation Year:** 2023/2024  

- **Academic Performance:** Minimum 60% throughout academics  

- **Backlogs:** No standing arrears or backlogs during the selection process  

**Compensation Details:**  

- **Salary Package:** ₹3.75 LPA (₹3.5 LPA fixed + ₹25,000 retention bonus payable post-completion of 1 year)  

- **Service Agreement:** 3 years bond  

**Selection Process:**  

1. Online Assessment  

2. Two Rounds of Interview  

3. Shortlisting will occur at every stage.  

**Additional Requirements:**  

- Candidates should possess their original graduation mark sheets and provisional degree certificates before onboarding.  

**Important Notes:**  

- Shortlisted candidates may need to attend the interview at the Quest Global Bangalore office.
